This spreadsheet is designed to help you plan your lineup for each game.
It is intended to be used for the ABC lineup method although can be modified to help you plan a lineup using Universal Rotation.
A few things to note about using this spreadsheet:
1) Make a new sheet for each game you play. This can help you keep track of who has played what positions over the course of the season, and helps you ensure that everyone is being played equally.
2) Print off the lineup sheet for each game. Put it in a clear binder sheet and get a couple of large binder rings. Use the rings to hang the binder sheet in the dougout. Players now only need to know what inning it is to determine what position they are playing, and they can follow the batting order once they know who is starting off each inning.
3) As you enter the positions for each player in each inning, if you use the abbreviations 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, P, C, LF, RF and CF, the spreadsheet will tell you if you've accidentally doubled-up on any position in an inning. It will also tell you if you've missed placing a player at a particular position in an inning.
4) Use empty cells for no positions (don't put in spaces) and the spreadsheet will calculate the number of innings each player is scheduled to play each game.
If you have any questions about using the spreadsheet, feel free to ask.

Whoops!
Should be working now ...
Also, for those wondering, remember that the designation "A, B, C" does not mean a player is an "A" player or another player is a "B" player, etc., from a talent perspective.
It simply means that is their designation for a particular, SINGLE game.
A players play the entire game defensively, B players play each odd-numbered inning, and C players play each even-numbered inning.
All players bat.
This lineup method is used only in Calgary Minor Softball Association games.
